AIRPORT CONFERENCE CENTER
The largest in the area, the conference center has Eight thousand square feet of air conditioned area plus an additional eighteen hundred square feet split between two Quonset briefing rooms.  Ample lighted, hard surface parking along with attractive restrooms are furnished. Ten Pacific Showroom flanks the Conference Center.     

Seating for over 750 quests can be provided in the Airport Conference Hangar.  The large hydraulic “hydroswing” hangar door can be opened to provide a canopy for inside/outside functions and to further increase the occupancy.  The Airport Conference Center furnishes round and rectangular tables and chairs manufactured by “Lifetime”.  These comfortable chairs are larger than most seating options and are contoured to provide excellent comfort during longer meeting or banquet events.

The Airport Conference Center has equipment available to meet the needs of most meeting requirements. Equipment includes numerous background speakers with C/D music or microphone source inputs, and a 9 ft by 12 ft movable projection screen.   Internet access from the facility is also available if needed.

We are proud to offer you and your guests delicious and creative cuisine designed by our Chef.  Our menus provide a variety of meals from which to choose, or we an custom tailor a menu for your event.  We encourage you to take an active part in the planning of your menu and will be glad to arrange an appointment with our catering team to design a menu suiting your special tastes.

Fredericksburg and the surrounding Hill Country are blessed with numerous entertainers. These groups or individuals are available, with sufficient scheduling, to provide various formats for meeting requirements. The Airport Conference Center will be happy to provide names of these artists upon request.
